Nice room. Aging Waterpark. Got...

Liked: Very clean bathroom. Up to date bathtub.
Disliked: Waterpark is showing it's age. Hottub was closed the whole time. Counter staff at Waterpark was rude.

Liked: The room was huge. That was very nice.
Disliked: I did not like the beds, the pillows and the blankets. The blankets were like curtains, sewn together but they were rough. They were terrible. Breakfast buffet was fair cooperating.

Good place for a family...

Liked: Breakfast was not included, but they had a breakfast buffet which was good but expensive, especially kids who don't eat enough to make it worth it.
Disliked: Exit door next to our room would slam instead of soft close .

Great way to spend Christmas!

Liked: Excellent buffet breakfast/ we had a party of 12 ready to celebrate 🎄 and mainly one day to spend skiing BUT weather didn't cooperate no snow and rained whole time. BUT the resort with its LARGE suits accomendated us for playing games, snacking,opening gifts, and connecting as a family. Water park was very enjoyable ALL of us used the facility(even we grandparents, it wasn't over crowed, clean,& fun. Employee could have been in a better mood. Extra Christmas events at the lodge were great for little ones participation (coloring the murals.
Disliked: No snow- not your fault

Liked: The room was big and spacious. The heater warmed the room quickly. The place was quiet.
Disliked: Considering I only needed it for the night and I wasn't there to use any of the other amenities, it was a little on the expensive side.

Arrowwood-I’m worried for you!

Liked: We have traveled to Arrowwood 5 times over the last 7 years. We love the water park, we love the town. We brought friends with us this time and had adjoins rooms and that was really fun. The kid’s activities were great.
Disliked: The place needed a facelift when we started going there 7 years ago. It has gotten really bad, especially the last year. The water park was really dirty-floors were GROSS, the bathrooms were absolutely filthy, staff was not on top of keeping towels picked up, garbage bins overflowing. Lifeguards were totally lax—in the past, they used to keep people on tubes in the lazy River, people seated forward on the water slide, stopped people from running on the decks. Not so anymore -It was the Wild West. People had brought in coolers and were mixing up cocktails at the picnic tables, Kids running around on wet floors. The room-specifically the bathroom was in need of a deep clean (doors were really grimy). When I see visible dirt, it makes me think about what I can’t see. Everything is expensive, and I’m willing to pay the price, but the quality of the facilities was subpar for the price. I have so enjoyed going to Arrowwood with my family, and I want you to be awesome again so you can stick around!! Please, please, train staff, maybe don’t book to capacity so you can take better care of the guests you have, and put some money into your main building.

Not impressed and disappointed

Disliked: Not having lifeguards that are trained and that fall asleep while watching swimmers is not acceptable. The waterpark smelled like diesel fuel and the beds were so uncomfortable. I booked on priceline and it stated an amenity was a waterpark with waterslides. That's why I booked my stay there. After booking I got an email from Arrowwood stating that the waterpark is not included and it would cost me more money for that. What a joke! Overly priced and it felt like it hasn't been updated in 20 plus years. The hot tub was not working because of repairs and the watersides opened up only after 3 of the lifeguards that finally showed up 2 hrs after we arrived could open it up. So disappointing!!
