Enjoyed the weekend until found...

Liked: Liked that it was family friendly. Food was good in restaurants and breakfast.
Disliked: Was charged twice for the stay once from booking.com and second by the hotel. Have tried to get in touch with someone at the hotel but was just transferred to voicemail. Also send message to hotel from their website asking for refund immediately and still no one has contacted me. Spoke with other families who were there with us and same thing happened go them! Not okay!

This was our second time...

Liked: Breakfast was great! water park except we had no knowledge that 2 of the 3 days we stayed the park didn't open until 4pm so we had to come up with other activities for the kids. It may have been noted somewhere at the time of booking so could be my fault for assuming. Restaurant and bar had great food. Staff was wonderful all throughout the hotel and water park!
Disliked: Water park hours...we chose this hotel because it had the indoor activities. We even paid extra to check in early for the water park.

Decent waterpark for the price

Liked: The room was spacious, the lodge itself beautiful. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. Waterpark was easily accessible from our room.
Disliked: Pretty much everything could use an update. Tile in the bathroom was missing grout, furniture was pretty scuffed, etc. Our room was not cleaned thoroughly before us. Found fruit snacks on the floor and mini fridge was outright dirty.Hotel staff was not friendly at all. Not rude but very brusque. A smile can go a long ways.

Great weekend getaway with young...

Liked: Loved the room layout! My kids felt like they had a separate "room" and loved it. Nice to have the bathroom centrally located. Also nice that we could situate the kids farthest from the door. The cabin theme throughout was a nice touch and we all got a kick out of reading the names outside all the rooms. Water park was very clean and in good condition. Staff at the water park were friendly and accommodating and there was ample seating available.
Disliked: Water in the water park could have been a little warmer! My kids were fine but the grownups were collllld. Not a big deal though.
