Nicely designed hotel with party...

Liked: Good location, easily accessible. Rooms are spacious and nicely designed.
Disliked: The facilities and rooms feel a bit run down. Food in the restaurant is too basic. Cleanliness was an issue, overall. Windows are small and there is a lack of daylight in the rooms

Liked: Great location, nice and clean amenities, friendly and welcoming manager.
Disliked: This was my first time staying at this property after being unable to book a reservation at my usual hotel in Palm Springs—and unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing from the start.The check-in process was unprofessional and disorganized. It takes place at their bar, which is not clearly marked or intuitive for arriving guests, and not a proper place to welcome guests. When we approached the bar, there was only one person working—juggling drink orders and check-ins. Instead of acknowledging us properly, he glanced over and said, “Stay right there, I’ll be with you,” and proceeded to take drink orders for another 10–15 minutes before even addressing us. It set a frustrating tone for the entire visit.Eventually, another staff member arrived to assist with check-in, but she was noticeably rude and dismissive—not just during check-in, but throughout our stay.To add to the poor first impression, I had reserved two rooms over a month in advance, yet the hotel failed to place them anywhere near each other. That level of basic coordination should not be difficult for any well-managed property.

In a nutshell, our stay...

Liked: This was our 4th year staying at Arrive...and for obvious reasons. The location is away from downtown, the "adults only", the onsite restaurant, and of course, the staff.
Disliked: Our bed had a "dip". We found upon flipping the mattress, the "dip" was due to the wooden slats falling of the box spring/base. We also discovered stains on the mattress pad. However, it was quickly resolved. Thank you!

Disliked: I didnt like the staff. When we arrived we waited for a long time and the receptionist was chatting with some else. Really bad customer service. For the price they charge is not worth it
