Practically Perfect in every way. The Mary Poppins of Memphis Hotels

Liked: I honestly cant think of one bad thing about this hotel. The location is perfect!! Bars and restaurants within walking distance. Famous attractions just as close. The accommodations are comfortable and unique. The staff!!! OMG the staff was amazing!! I work in hospitality and I hope that everyone that works at this property gets to see this review. You all made our 24 hour trip to Memphis one we will never forget. We will be back because we now feel like friends and family. Probably never stay anywhere else again while going to Memphis!!
Disliked: Can I say it was perfect?!?! Unless you NEED a pool, but cmon.

Superb

Nothing short of amazing.

Liked: The whole hotel is a major vibe, from the front door we where greeted and treated like family. From check in till check out ! No complaints
Disliked: The food isnt all that great but that was okay , the Minnie fridge had good snacks

Disliked: The house keeping could have been better, eg bed was made up properly, we made and it wasnt touched. Glasses werent changed. Needed a kettle or hot drinks in room.
