Liked: WOW! i have never expected such a good room! the whole building is actually super nice. i loved it! the design of the room is just outstanding, the details are....WOH! bed is super comfortable, room is big, you have everything you need (even netflix on tv :) i could not be more happy! also the staff ( Natasha) was super helpful and really nice person! thanks!

Overall, a great hotel that...

Liked: I stayed here in early May and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and full of character—from the stylish bar to the cozy in-room details like the reading nook and minimalist decor. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great pressure.The best part, though, was the staff. Natasha at the front desk checked me in early and made me feel so welcome. Sharon followed up via text during my stay, checking in and answering any questions I had. And Aaron, the bartender, was incredibly attentive and warm—he helped tailor my food and drink choices and handled a returned dish with care and professionalism.
Disliked: Only suggestion: the restaurant menu could use better descriptions or photos so guests know what to expect. One dish didn’t match what I imagined, but Aaron handled it with understanding and kindness.

The music was too LOUD.

Liked: The front desk manager Pam.
Disliked: Entrance is a mess. I get the minimalist thing but you need signage to find the lobby to register. I was lucky Pam saw me. I was waiting for a cab and another couple came up and I had to show them howto get in and where to register. .

This is my new favorite...

Disliked: Wish there was lot for free parking.
