OK for a short visit.

Liked: It was a lovely period-style building. The breakfast service and menu were very good. The staff were extremely helpful and professional.
Disliked: The room and bathroom were tatty and in need of renovation and cleaning.

Pleasant enough

Liked: Location was perfect, building is beautiful
Disliked: The service at the bar and in the function wasn’t great! The bar service was slow, short staffed and the food was just mediocre, edible, just!

Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Felt very safe for mother and daughter! Lots of parking! Majority of staff were friendly and very helpful!
Disliked: Could do with an upgrade of furniture in bedroom!

Very good

Disliked: On one of the hottest weekends the bedroom was very hot and only two fans installed. Was very difficult to sleep first night. On a cooler night it was ok.

Could be better

Liked: Cheap price for Bristol
Disliked: We had 3 rooms, number 1 was right on the corner of two busy roads, single pain cracked windows let all the noise in all night. Room 6 had a wet room bathroom without the correct fitting to stop the carpet in the room flooding, so room smelt damp on arrival, didn't realise the issue until took shoes off and sock were wet.Room 5 was ok, but its an old building that really needs a bit of TLS.It was too late in the evening to do anything about rooms,
