Liked: The only reason this review is not zero stars is because of the kind and polite young man at the reception — he was the one bright spot in an otherwise nightmarish stay.
Disliked: This was, without exaggeration, the worst accommodation experience of my life. Do not be misled by reviews saying this place is “fine for one night” — you will not get a single hour of proper sleep here.The room was unbearably stuffy, and outside the window there was shouting and chaos going on all night. At 2 a.m., a group of drunk men pounding on our door in the corridor turned the situation into something truly disturbing.The entire building is wrapped in scaffolding, and frankly, I doubt whether it is even safe for people to stay inside. In our room, every single wall was cracked, with plaster literally crumbling off in places. The furniture was broken, the bathroom was in terrible condition, and nothing gave the impression of being properly maintained.

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room had a severely damaged electrical socket, which could be considered life-threatening or hazardous. A huge crack ran diagonally from one bottom corner of the wall to the opposite top corner. One piece of furniture had a missing drawer door. There was no electric kettle. Honestly, the whole building seemed to be under reconstruction, with no apparent intention of accommodating guests. There was also no elevator, only a single narrow stairwell.

Great value on tram #6

Liked: Great value. I really enjoyed my stay in room 306. Very large. Nice bathroom. Front of stop for Tram #6. Many affordable restaurants and grocery stores around. Check out is easy, just drop key to a secured mail box, no need to check out at the desk.
Disliked: The need to checkin before 22h00. I was not aware that reception closes at 10pm. I got a call at 9:50pm when I was watching a concert at the Vienna City Hall. My room was already paid. I was informed that I had 10 minutes to arrive to the hotel. I had to rush to get a taxi which did cost me 20€ and wasted the rest of the concert. The lady was very nice and waited for me.
