Liked: Staff was lovely and friendly, place was clean tidy and very modern very accommodating

Average stay needs new window...

Liked: The staff were fine and very helpful overall very nice people. Morning breakfast such as toast, coffee, cornflakes, milk, jam. (No eggs)
Disliked: The room we stayed in was a double bedroom but it was very stinky as you could smell the pee as soon as you entered the room it was located on the second floor room 31. There was no fan in a double bed room. Only family rooms had fans.

Disliked: Had to pay £30.00 deposit on arrival, not told about this till check in.2 plug sockets are not working, and the light above the bedReported to reception and nothing done about it. Noisy and police called due to a fight .

Liked: Lovely guy on later in the afternoon, very friendly.Close to town.
Disliked: We accidently slept in. The hotel man barged into our room and shouted at us 15mins past check out. We got sorted as quick as we could, no cleaners had appeared at this time. We went down to reception to hand in the keys and were charged 50% of the price of the reservation on top for being 30mins late out of the room. Tried to say we had delayed the cleaners and they kept our deposit. We thought on check in it was a bit sneaky asking for a cash deposit. Clearly knew what they were doing. We said if we're paying for a late check out we will go back to the room for a bit, to which we were threatened with the police!!! Avoid at all costs.Room wasnt the cleanest which would have been acceptable for the price we should have been charged NOT with the additional charge for 30mins. Stayed at lots of hotels and b and b's in Blackpool and would never return here.
