Liked: Great location near the winter gardens
Disliked: Said there was parking on booking .com,but doesn't have any,we're made to pay £140 deposit because it was young farmers weekend

SHAMEFUL- AVOID

Liked: Nothing, booked a room to find it closed after taking my money on Booking.com. Called number on the door to basically be told tuff shit, no help offered and young couple with a toddler and small baby also left with nowhere to stay - SHAMEFUL- AVOID if you want to guarantee your stay or you could be left on the street as we were

Amazing staff always someone there...
