Liked: Location and friendly staff. Room was comfortable and adequately furnished.
Disliked: Wouldn't match the lower price two weeks after booking. Price match guarantee claim is false.Couldn't stream to TV from my computer. The few channels it had were all in Spanish. So, just watched off my laptop.

Always a great stay in...

Liked: The hotel staff are amazing and helpful. The room is large and the kitchen has everything you need for longer stays. I have returned to this property because it is very consistent on what they offer and it has a good location to get around Mexico City. It a short walk to local restaurants and a main street that has restaurants, stores and pharmacies. I would not hesitate to come back here again!
Disliked: The wifi is not that great in your room.

Liked: Excellent hotel with one of the best locations. Cleanliness was on point and the staff were always super kind to us. Definitely planning to return while visiting Mexico City.

Liked: The location was good. The cleanness was great.
Disliked: The height of the stools was not suited for the height kitchen table, very uncomfortable to eat there.

Liked: Everything. The location was great. Lots of restaurants, close to banks so I could get more money for the restaurants. The room was lovely and equipped with everything I could have wanted.
Disliked: Getting into the bathtub was difficult but would have been fine 25 years ago!

Liked: Good location, clean room and friendly staff.Just one concern was that we couldn’t lock the door to the balcony but we were on the top floor so we felt safe enough.
