The hotel should remove from their website the pictures of the pool and restaurant which were closed. This is misleading the customer. ConcertHotels also should advise the customer this before a reservation is made. Once you do the reservation you can not cancel.

Liked: The receptionist lady was nice.
Disliked: Unfortunately the receptionist lady couldn't help me much. There was no wifi, I had to fix the broken leg on the bed when we got there, receptionist was way overwhelmed because of lack of staff, long wait, the computer system at the reception desk never saw from plumbenefits.com that I booked a room, had to use booking.com and still never got my money back from armoni hotel yet nor plumbenefits.com. the parking lot is also pot holes, broken and torn up, the hallway rugs are stained and nasty looking looking. Never again.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Potholes in the parking lot, elevator was broken and ants problem in the room, no control of other guests kids running in the hallways throughout the nights, lounge and restaurants were closed, furniture throughout the room was in horrible condition.
