Disliked: The hotel security guards are RACIST!!! I was sitting in the lobby on a call and harassed by security guards about whether I was a guest.

Liked: Room layout was excellent with 4 separate areas, did not take breakfast, dined at the Restaurant, food was superb, staff (Emanual and Pasquale) were exceptional and incredibly professional. Wine was overpriced.

Liked: Excellent location, modern design
Disliked: Below average breakfast + uninterested staff (two days in a row waited for 10+ for someone to pay attention to me). The breakfast itself is 4-star level quality. Concierge is below average: slow responses, no follow ups to requests, etc. Both have dropped in service quality significantly in the last 3 years.
