Very good

Liked: The staff were lovely and pleasant and nothing was too much bother. The room was very comfortable with a great amount of tea, coffee and hot chocolate and toiletries. The hotel is central to everything which made for pleasant walks into the centre.
Disliked: The spa facilities were a little outdated and there were so many printed pages for notices. My partner and I also thought that, even though breakfast was lovely, there was not a huge selection.

Liked: Clean and friendly
Disliked: The noise of the music ! Went to bed at 11pm but music continued . Also restricted leisure centre appointments
