Nice Rooms, Shame About the...

Liked: Rooms were lovely, great location.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t very exciting, staff were surly, in fact we spoke to them several times but they never really spoke back, just went and got whatever we asked for. No Good Morning or smile at all and I couldn’t understand why a big hotel like that would want to cram all their cereals and fruit into a small corner, where we were literally squashed in. The Coffee we received was cold, the toast machine was broken on two occasions. We had the evening meal once, we asked for more gravy, only to be told the kitchen was closed but we were asked if we wanted a pudding? Very strange, who wants to eat a roast dinner with hardly any gravy? Not us. We would like to say, the girl on reception with the lovely pink hair was really friendly and a delight to speak too, so thank you to her.

Liked: We had a brilliant stay rooms so comfy. We had dinner in the hotel it was delicious. Staff were so attentive and friendly thankyou

Liked: Mattress was very comfortable
Disliked: Could have used awning of some sort so we didn’t get wet unloading. Needed a cart for luggage but there were none.

Disliked: Needs to have awning of some sort so you don’t get soaked while unloading. Would have liked a cart to bring in luggage and such.
