Liked: Clean hotel, great staff, amenities
Disliked: Extremely slow service at the downstairs bar. Rooms are comically small. Same size as NYC hotel rooms but Miami has the space. No closet .

Liked: I love the atmosphere the location. The people were great.
Disliked: The rooms were pretty clean with the exception of the bathroom sink. There is a piece of bar soap hanging out of the drain and it wasn't clean by the main person prior to us coming in also at 9 AM on a Saturday. They must've been remodeling and all I hear was banging on the floor and drills and what not.

Liked: The hotel it self, it's very stylish and comfortable, also very clean
Disliked: The fact they are not transparent about what they charge you for. I generally find that disgraceful, as I want to know upfront how I spend my money and make a fully informed decision.An urban tax was charged, of 35 dolars per day, which wasn't obvious on Booking or no one on the check desk informs you. You find out about it only if you read a pdf that you have to download from the qr code link, which I almost didn't do. As part of it, you get 15 dollar discount for eating lunch or dinner at the hotel, which means they force you in a way to eat at their restaurant (if you want to use money you paid) and then consequently you don't as much explore local offerings which I really enjoy during travelling. They also make the pool available as part of that urban tax - I never went to a hotel where I didn't have access to the pool by default. And so on.Service is on occassions very slow, they forget to bring stuff (or even order) or change order slightly for no apparent reason. Spme of personel was very kind.Although the fee is 35 usd per day, just because they were so inconlusive about it, I wpuldn't return.

Liked: Thank you, Arlo Wynwood, for all your hard work! The service was outstanding, and every team member was incredibly kind and helpful. Communication via SMS was quick and efficient. My room was spotless, minimalistic, and cozy, with a comfortable bed, which was especially important to me. I’m really happy with my stay!
Disliked: During the night, I was woken up by loud laughter, and unfortunately, the earplugs didn’t really help, so the sound isolation could be improved. On a positive note, the food at the restaurant downstairs was quite nice, but the waiting time was a bit long, you can easily spend an hour or more just for a quick breakfast.
