Liked: We stayed here a couple years ago and I would say things have only gotten better. Love the little touches like putting the ear plugs in the rooms and adding more activities.

Overall, a fun stay with...

Liked: The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rooftop pool and weekend parties were amazing — the vibes were up the entire time! I also appreciated having quiet time to enjoy the pool by myself early in the mornings; it was clean and the lounges and umbrellas were always tidy. We loved the area too — it’s close to so many great spots and attractions without being too noisy/busy. Room service was done everyday. Highly recommend!
Disliked: The rooms are on the smaller side, and there wasn’t really any space to store our luggage or other belongings comfortably. I also didn’t love the extra charges added on top of what I’d already paid through Booking.com — I thought all fees were included at the time of booking. It would have been nice to use the fridge for our own items, but it was completely packed with hotel products

Liked: From the front desk to the hospitality at the bar and restaurant-everyone was SO happy to be there. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Rhea made me the best latte I have had in a while and went above and beyond for my colleague and I when we sat at the bar area for lunch and to work. She is what premium hospitality is all about.
Disliked: The FLIES in the bar/restaurant area. It was intolerable and people had to leave the area to eat their food in their rooms because it was overwhelming and annoying. Rhea graciously provided bug spray but that really doesn't stop flies. I understand it's summer, but we did not have that experience in any other place.

The room was extremely nice...

Liked: The roof top pool and we were allowed to utilize it until our room was ready, but couldn’t enjoy the pool because we were really early and couldn’t put on our swim suits. The pool area was very nice
Disliked: If I had to pick something I didn’t like it would only be hat there were no other restaurants to have breakfast at to pass the time waiting on our room to be ready.
