Fine
Liked: Very clean and nice bathroom.
Disliked: Staff were a bit unhelpful at points and room is quite small so less good value for money.

An alright place to stay...
Liked: Great location, modern interior, friendly staff, views of the city
Disliked: The furniture felt old and worn. The bathroom door came off the rails very quickly and didn’t close properly (lacking privacy) and the bed was slightly sunken. Loud music from the parties below on a Friday and Saturday night made it tricky to sleep at times (had to use earbuds)

Great room and location, and...
Liked: Location was fantastic. Amenities were great as well. Staff was super helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Very slow elevators, which became a bit of an issue in the evening due to the popularity of the rooftop club and water tower bar.

Not all that glitters is...
Liked: The hotel is beautiful but be warned there is a bit of clash between the two design styles but they both are designed beautifully. The exposed brick really elevates areas such as the common space, and the bathrooms blue tiles whisks you away to a far away European getaway. The corner rooms and the rooftop bar had some phenomenal sweeping views of the city. The hotel has a very lovely social atmosphere, and the experiences with the staff ranged from polite yet clinical at worst to phenomenal at best.
Disliked: Their price is way too much for a hotel that doesn’t really offer much of anything beyond a place to sleep. First night the water tower was closed as their permeant day off, which is understandable and no fault to anyone. The hotel then informs guests as dinner time is approaching that the only other bar/restaurant is closed. Only thing to consume was burgers or pizza. Second night the hotel closed the water tower bar, yes their crown jewel was closed. Upon further review it appears that this is a common occurrence, meaning that a systemic issue is afoot. Now my main issue is that due to the closure of the water tower bar due to a private event reduced the number of working elevators to the hotel guests down from 2 to 1. It took me 20 minutes roundtrip travel from my room down to the lobby to get my food. The second elevator was used to lift the guests of the private event Lastly, the safety compliance is nonexistent. Nobody was guarding the pool that albeit a bit shallow is still very much a danger as there is a bar directly across serving drinks to people who are clearly overserved. Exit signs that led to nowhere and expired fire extinguishers
