Liked: The room itself is clean and neat. The bed is comfortable and there is a mini fridge just for beverages. I really appreciate the general seating area downstairs. There are many places for you to sit and meet with others on both the first floor and second floor. You can find quiet spaces to work or sit outside or inside to visit and talk with others. There’s even a rooftop bar/lounge area. Not many restaurants in this area have so much seating area downstairs.
Disliked: My only complaint about the hotel was that I was not aware that there was some construction going on in the building, so the outdoor courtyard was closed, the water filling station was down and the general bathrooms downstairs locked on one of the days that I was working there. However, the staff is very helpful and provided water When I asked about the water filling station. This is a small complaint, however.

Liked: The boutique vibe the staff the candy shop!!! The food was next level but the service impeccable!! Nothing goes missed here! Roof top vibes location I had 8 I had narrowed down - went crazy reading reviews but SO happy we chose this hotel
Disliked: You no it was very hard to find something negative here but understanding that all the rooms are very small in New York we had the queen room we felt like there were some empty cavity spaces around the tables and side tables where drawers could at least be installed. We had to carefully fold all of our clothes and put them under the bed. Our luggage were quite large so they managed to fit under there too. I put my piles of clothes on top of the wine cooler, and my partner folded all of his underneath the bed. Utilized a lot of the hangers, of course, but the rod was quite short and wouldn’t fit all of our clothing however we made it work. It was cozy, but to be honest, we were only in our room to sleep and maybe one hour between five and 6 o’clock after our adventurous throughout the day, the beds were super comfortable. The linens were nice. The towels were so soft and I loved their toiletries.
