Liked: The location was excellent. Walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants, and close access to the subway. Hudson Street is very pleasant. Clean, wide sidewalks, not crowded. A nice walking street. The staff was great, kind, friendly and helpful. They were also kind of playful and funny, which I like. The room was quiet and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. There was a comfortable spacious lobby. The hotel was clean, and had a nice friendly vibe.
Disliked: The rooms are small. Room for a bed, small desk, and one small chair. No bureau or closet. The bathroom was a decent size. Me and my wife are both senior citizens, and were there Saturday and Sunday nights. Not the hotel's fault, but on Saturday night it was a party hotel. Everybody was happy and nice, but the crowd was young and a pretty wild. There was a lot of noise, but we didn't hear it in our room. Sunday was much more tame.

Central location & friendly staff...

Liked: Location is central.
Disliked: We were surprised by the lack of storage space in the room. We had to store our luggage under the bed, and there were only a few hangers on the wall for clothing. It would have been more comfortable with proper storage options.
