Skyview king room with a...

Disliked: We stayed in the Skyview King Room only because of the view, which looked great in the photos, but in reality it wasn’t much – we got a view of ugly buildings with some chimneys.All the extra amenities in the room were charged additionally, for example, even the slippers...

Liked: Beautiful rooftop, comfortable beds, excellent staff! Would definitely stay here again. The elevators made everything easier. The rooftop was a dream. Great views and great drinks!

Chic hotel

Liked: Helpful and kind staff, beautiful design. Even 8th floor room had a great view due to extreme lack large windows

lovely aesthetic stay for solo...

Liked: Modern design with aesthetic interior. super practical central location (close to korea town & penn station) to explore by foot and get everywhere with the subway. Rooms got a compact size but smart layout, it was well enough for one person with two suitcases. Even the back building view is nice as it’s typically New York. Has a mini fridge that will get two little water cans daily and can fit food leftovers/ snacks. Got a co-working space and rooftop. The Staff is absolutely lovely and helpful! Felt safe in the area and hotel staying solo as a young woman, even getting back at night, it’s well lit and people are around, plus for the elevator you need your keycard to press your floor.
Disliked: nothing to complain about, a bit on the pricier side but alright for New York. Same for the room size and few noises from the street, normal for a big city.

Liked: Our 5th stay at Arlo and nothing has changed since our last visit - it’s still perfect! Location, room, staff all amazing. I recommended it to everyone, particularly if you’ve never been to New York before.
