Very good

Liked: Friendly front desk, staff, very clean, small rooms, but well appointed. Great location.
Disliked: I had a room there with bunkbeds, which was really strange, because there was space for a regular bed. And there was no shade on the huge window ? also not great. But all the other rooms I saw were really nice so I would still stay there again.

Liked: - everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. can reach the front desk via text which was convenient - the lobby was so creative and smelled amazing - short walk from coffee shops, food, and even tourist areas - clean room, beautiful views - amazing views of Empire State from the rooftop

Liked: hotel was so nice, staff were really friendly, give us a feee upgrade to a queen room on arrival, really nice coffee place in reception, so easy to access everywhere, and staff help us with directions to things we needed
