Liked: I loved the location. It was in the middle of Manhattan. I was able to walk to a lot of eateries & shopping. I loved the views in my King Sky view room.
Disliked: I did not like that my tv DID NOT WORK. I reached out to the front desk staff and they sent an “engineer” he could barely speak english & he was unable to fix it. Which sucked $1500 on a room and no working tv. They did not move us to another room. I also didn’t like that when I went to check in the girl at the front desk barely spoke, odd. The elevators were also slow.

Comfortable and functional stay in...

Liked: Excellent amenities, clean room, great smell. Delectable breakfast package. We had everything we needed for a 3-night stay during our mini-moon in NYC.
Disliked: Slow elevator/ one elevator was mainly broken down during our stay. We had to take the stairs several times, including when checking out with our luggage - thankfully our room was on the 10th floor.
