Differents conditions at the hotel...
Liked: The staff its very kind, the cleanliness was perfect and the location of the hotel is also really good if you want to tourist.
Disliked: When booking the hotel through Booking.com, certain conditions were included, such as a $15 cashback on restaurant or beverage consumption. However, the hotel did not honor these conditions, despite my mentioning it and even sending emails. Their response was simply that the policy had changed, without further explanation. I did not receive the benefit, and I was charged more than expected.

Nice place to stay.
Liked: Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Shower had good pressure and the soaps provided were nice.Restaurant had a good selection to choose from. Happy hour was reasonable.Location was excellent. Very close to Millennium park and some great shopping, museums and restaurants.

If you have food allergies...
Liked: The only nice thing I can say about this hotel is that our towels were changed every day, and that the only nice staff interaction we had was with Ally. I would rate it a zero if I could.
Disliked: I would have enjoyed my stay; however, my friend traveling with me had an allergic reaction due to the unlabeled fortune cookies that provided zero allergen information. When we tried to find out what ingredients were in the cookies, due to it tasting like coconut. The front desk staff was unable to say what the ingredients were and if there was coconut. My friend luckily had spit it out when she tasted the coconut & luckily had a mild reaction. However, her throat could have closed. The front desk personnel did not take it seriously. We returned the next day and talked with Ally, who was the only person to take it seriously. She also did not know the ingredients but made sure to get in contact with housekeeping, who places the cookies. She was able to confirm that they were coconut-flavored. She made sure we were okay and told us the manager would contact at us between 9-10 am the next day as they had left for the day. This did not happen. We went down at 11:30 to talk to the manager. He proceeded to tell us that the original front desk person we spoke to said we didn't seem concerned and that we should have told the hotel our allergies in advance. The front desk staff wasn't even aware of the ingredients in the first place. The cookies were also completely unlabeled and apparently had multiple flavors. The issue is the current policy in place and lack of staff knowledge. The manager said they would give the employee empathy training which I seriously doubt will actually occur since it was clear the manager also did not care. Only one person on this staff actually takes food allergies seriously and that is a big part of the problem. The manager even said that since we hadn't gone to the ER he didn't know if we had even eaten it or if it was actually an allergic reaction and dared to suggest we were causing an issue for compensation.

It was a basic hotel...
Liked: Awesome location, walking distance to everything. Very clean and an awesome staff
Disliked: Very few amenities, the price is pretty steep for just a hotel room with nothing else. No free parking, no vending machines, no pool, not even free breakfast. Very nice hotel but i wont be back

Chic boutique hotel a bit...
Liked: Excellent location to millenium park which was convenient for attending lollapalooza concert.
Disliked: Expensive. No pool or spa facilities. Front desk staff was not helpful with my check in. I had a reservation for three rooms all under my name for my entire family. Made me pay for each room individually charging my card three different times. Third charge within 5 minutes made my credit card decline due to concern about fraudulent charges . It was not a great start to my vacation having to contact my credit card company about this. Rooms are very modern but a bit small for price point. The ATK restaurant on site was nice but service a bit slow .
