Liked: location is great. room appointed appropriately.
Disliked: way too many texts for this Old. wish there weren't rooms by the elevator as I always seem to be placed there.

Liked: Location, location, location.
Disliked: Upon check-in, for one of the three rooms we booked, we were offered one of the worst hotel rooms I've seen in the past 20 years of traveling to major cities across the United States. After a lot of back and forth and complaints, they gave us a much smaller room, which was fine, but the original room had double beds and the replacement room had a single bed, which caused us quite some inconvenience.

Liked: This location is just lovely, so close to Millennium Park, Riverfront Walk, and more. We loved being able to walk to many restaurants, Garrett's popcorn, and Maggie Daley park for the day with our kids. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our check in experience was smooth and easy. We were grateful for the instructions to pull up at 171 North Garland Court with our vehicle and found it convenient to load/unload luggage there. Parking in the nearby lot was easy enough, just a short walk to/from, of course it was expensive - it's downtown Chicago - about $85 USD for 1.5 days, so account for that as part of your cost. The lobby was very nicely decorated with several seating areas. The restaurant seemed busy, we did not go in. We appreciate that the elevators only work with a key card to ensure the safety of all. We found the room a good size for our family of 4. The beds and pillows were nice and comfortable. The washroom was clean and had a modern shower with built-in soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers rather than tiny bottles. Our double queen room faced onto an alleyway and an office building, so we really appreciated the window coverings. We did not hear any noise while in our room, very quiet for sleeping. We had a great experience and didn't encounter any problems during our stay. It was very pleasant and memorable. Highly recommend!
