The experience of the older...

Liked: Location is great. Cleanliness as far as the public areas was good. The staff was exceptional. The unique experience was overall great.
Disliked: Your cleaning staff needs to check under the beds EVERY TIME they enter the rooms to reset them. One of the rooms we had an entire wardrobe under the bed and trash EVERY and the bedskirt looked horrible.(your staff was prompt and got it all cleaned up)

A beautiful historic hotel with...

Liked: The room was a nice size, clean and I love that it had a tub.
Disliked: When we called to make the reservations the woman, Ashley, who answered was unpleasant and unhelpful. We ended up making the reservation on line. However, the staff was very friendly when we arrived and Ashley was not there.

Liked: Location, character and nostalgia. Staff was good. beautiful old hotel
Disliked: Rooms could have been upgraded.Carpet felt nasty on my feet. Air conditioning could be upgraded for rooms and front lobby. Kind of thought , the fifteen dollars per person for resort fees was a little dumb. Some paint and stuck go work in the rooms would go a long way. Also, there was a hair in our freshly made bed.And paint on the sheets have video if needed.

Exceptional

Liked: Conveniently located in walking distance from dinning and shopping. Had a great pool and hot tub area with walking trails to enjoy nature. Friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: Guest are required to pay for parking which gets expensive.

Amazing Grand Lady of Bath...

Liked: One of my favorite properties! Guestroom was generous size with original bathroom fittings. Spa is very good. Do not pass up the mineral baths.Fine old hotel.Pool is in rock face off 7th floor.
Disliked: Its time for a remodel! ts time to replace mattress.Really needs new lighting in hallways. Very dark at night.
