Adequate but dingy

Liked: The room was basically clean enough, and the owners seemed fairly nice. It served its purpose, giving us a decent place to sleep and base ourselves while our daughter played in a soccer tournament in Riverside.
Disliked: Everything seemed pretty old and run down (not dirty, just worn out). The view was of some kind of utility buildings, and a kind of private mini-junkyard. The location right next to a liquor store and some kind of dive bar was ...convenient(?) depending on your needs, but made for foot traffic that wasn't the most family-friendly.
