Loved it!

Liked: Very traditional style and it was spotless clean. All of the staff were so accommodating, genuine and just happy to help. A fantastic team there and nothing is too much at all. I misplaced my phone after we checked out and the reception team literally just stopped to help find it. Which we did, I wish I had taken the ladies name.
Disliked: Everything was fantastic, absolutely nothing negative to say

Nice hotel on the river....

Liked: Good location by the river. Plenty of things to see and places to eat nearby. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The Celtic Nights Irish show downstairs is a must.
Disliked: The reception staff were mostly quite friendly and helpful, but the bar and waitstaff in the adjacent bar/dining room didn’t seem to be. (Maybe I was served by the ones having a bad day)I’m not referring to the staff at the downstairs dinner and show. They were great.

I would not recommend the...

Liked: I loved the location, wonderful, helpful staff, and comfy beds.
Disliked: There was no air-conditioning and the window was locked in place... could only open a tiny ways. The room was so hot and stuffy that it was hard to sleep. The key cards didn't work...had to be replaced 3 times. The toilets didn't flush properly.
