Liked: We stay in a loft room and it was awesome, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There wasn't a breakfast menu on display if to be picky

Liked: Stayed at a quiet time and were upgraded to a Deluxe Spa room which we greatly appreciated. All staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Room was great, bed was amazingly comfortable. Our room was on the main road which you'd expect road noise, but it wasn't too bad at all. Parking onsite was a big bonus.
Disliked: The high-tech lighting was a bit problematic, but that was just an operator issue :-). We'll know better for our next stay. The only real thing my husband and I didn't like were the pillows. They were too high for us, maybe the spares in the cupboard could have a flatter one amongst them, but that's just our preference. Couldn't fault anything, great hotel.
