Superb
Liked: Easy, flat walk from Verona station, lovely check-in staff, I was able to leave my luggage, which is so helpful. The room is cool and quiet and super comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing to fault

Liked: Good value. very good breakfast, reasonable sized room and comfortable, location was ideal for travelling by rail, but a good walk to most restaurants.

My Verona Hotel Review
Liked: Lovely room, modern and pristine clean, nice bathroom and all amenities were there that i needed. Easy walk less than 10 mins from/to the train station, great for my needs as touring italy by train. The walk into Verona Old City took me around 17 mins which was of no concern for me, also all flat so an easy walk.a great location if planning to use Verona as your base to visit Lake Garda and Venice as i did. If i return to Verona will certainly use this hotel again.
Disliked: No pool, not really an issue but would of been e a nice to have.

Disliked: We had requested 5 twin rooms and we received the message through app that our request has been approved. But when we reached there, we were told that they couldn’t give us twin rooms.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. Very clean and neat and welcoming. Food was good and tasty.
Disliked: The room floor was not very clean. It was very dusty and the telephone in the room too.

Liked: Very clean and with a lovely breakfast.
Disliked: Too far to walk in and out of Verona especially on a very warm day , more like a business hotel. There is a kettle in the room but no coffee, you have to buy it from reception. We were waiting for our taxi to leave and I asked for a glass of water from a machine we had used at breakfast . The abrupt lady on reception (lady with long dark hair) shouted across to me that I had to buy the bottle of water as she was not allowed to give me the free one ! There were some lovely staff but we felt this could have been dealt with differently! Also what a mean hotel group , we would not stay here again.
