Liked: Rooms are very clean and cozy. Staff was helpful and so nice.
Disliked: Slide needs fixed. Pieces that connect together are off and it felt like buck shot on my back painful

Liked: A complimentary upgrade to our room. Kids loved having their own space and TV. Everything was amazing in the room and 2 full days at the water park was amazing and a great deal. The water park itself is amazing. We had an absolute blast.
Disliked: We weren't offered breakfast. A complimentary basic breakfast would have been very helpful. The cost of food and drink at the pool is insanely overpriced, especially with no outside food allowed in. A simple meat for the 4 of us with chicken strips drinks and fries was nearly 75% that cost of our room. When we come in the future, we'll leave to eat.
