Relaxing and a great recharge.
Liked: No breakfast, but we ate lunch at the adult pool and the burger was amazing.
Disliked: It was impossible to get a chair at the adult only pool becuase people put out towels at the crack of dawn.

Pleasant
Liked: The room was very spacious, room facilities are a little dated, we had a quiet suite which was excellent.
Disliked: We received no information on the facilities at the hotel. There was no explanation on the use of the pools or the location of the gym or pools in relation to our room.

Very good
Liked: Comfortable and clean rooms. Most of the staff was very friendly. Plenty of lounge chairs available at the pools.
Disliked: A bit dated. Not a true 5 star feeling. The food and drink prices were extremely high, but the taste did not justify it. Multiple times over.

Nice Resort Setting, But Not...
Liked: Beautiful place, nice scenery. Very nice gym. clean and nice rooms.
Disliked: For the price we paid—$3,400 for just 3 nights without food or breakfast included—I expected a far more premium experience.Resort seemed understaffed, especially around the pool area where it was difficult to find a spot. One afternoon, we waited 45 minutes just to get a table for lunch, and on another morning, breakfast took 30 minutes to arrive after ordering. The food and beverage prices were honestly outrageous. My wife paid $29 for a single glass of sparkling wine, and the cheapest bottle available was $100—same bottle you get in a supermarket for just $17.Overall, the experience didn’t match the price tag. Disappointing value for money.
