We had a clean room...

Liked: We liked that it was clean and it had the bed figuration we needed for three people.
Disliked: There was no air conditioner and only one fan for three people. It would have been nice to at least have two fans for the room. It was a bit far from the Old Town and some of the sites. Also, did not like that we had to cross a busy street to access the breakfast. We assumed we would be staying in the same building we would be have breakfast.

Staff wasn’t overly friendly mind...

Liked: Location was close to trams
Disliked: Shower was a bath with a shower head which you needed to hold while u showered no shower door water went everywhere also bath too high to get into for someone with bad ankles

Very comfortable with great breakfast...

Liked: Location is excellent. Close to train station and tram a few minutes walk away. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Reception staff seemed a bit uninterested. Asked twice for an extra pillow and never received it. One young lady seemed more interested in her phone. Fridge in our room did not cool.

4 nights in Prague

Liked: Clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast good. One couple stayed in a room facing away from the street, it was very quiet and big.
Disliked: The tram runs right in front of the hotel, busy street with cars too. So if you are in one of the front rooms, very load. I was aware of it and therefore asked for a room facing back.. way ahead of our stay.. and still we weren’t accommodated. 2 receptionist were friendly enough to make an effort to move us to the opposite building on the second night, it was a bit better. One receptionist though, didn’t get her name, was not helpful at all and very unfriendly and impolite, with our friends too; said it is not her problem that the trams are so load and run regularly.

Disliked: I didn’t know there was a fridge so I was super thirsty at times
