Liked: Super helpful staff and the location (20 min walk into the old town).

Did what I needed it...

Liked: Clean, accessible and right where we needed to be at the time
Disliked: That the pictures do not reflect the rooms correctly And we were shuffled out of the main hotel and sent across to the sister hotel at 3:30am (With a child in tow)

Great hotel with nice location

Liked: + The room was renovated and looked really fresh and new.+ the bathroom was really fresh and clean which is a big plus.+ location wise s great you can walk to the main railway station within 10 minutes or to the Riegrovy Sady, on of the most remarkable and picturesque parks in Prague + I was impressed by the location of the breakfast area. It was in the former theater. It was an amazing experience!+ The cleaning was done every day!
Disliked: Nothing major

Liked: Amazing breakfast and good location with several options for meals, easily accessible by tram 24/7
Disliked: The power adapters weren't adequate, but you can make do with them.

Disliked: I booked a private car to the airport transfer which was dirty and had trouble with the driver. however, the reception staff was on her side instead of seeing the situation. But the other staff was nice and overall a very nice hotel. I advise visitors not to book airport transfers instead travel with public transport which is very convenient and way cheaper.
