Liked: Staff very helpful. Room was good size and well appointed. Bathroom small. All clean and well presented. Location was walkable distance to main railway station with our bags. Delicious breakfast in an amazing ballroom type room with high ceiling. Stunning. Great value for money.
Disliked: Our room looked over the street. Extremely noisy. No aircon so had to have window open as temperatures very high.

NEVER AGAIN

Disliked: The bathrooms were cold, with no hanger for the shower hose, and the water pressure was extremely low. The temperature fluctuated between burning hot and freezing cold, making it impossible to take a proper shower. I booked two rooms and requested neighboring ones, but one room was in the main building while the other was in a property across the street, not even in the same building. The building itself was old, dirty, and poorly renovated with cheap finishes. The property had very limited parking spaces, and it wasn’t possible to reserve a spot in advance. When we arrived, they directed us to a website to find parking. This was annoying and this was not the end of the nightmare. Our stay was the weekend, and the inexperienced employee working alone gave us incorrect information. We ended up buying a parking ticket from the machine in front of the building, only to later realize that parking was free on weekends. NEVER AGAIN.

Exceptional

Great breakfast. Decent location. Noisy...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent including hot meals and sweet stuff. The location was decent, trams connect the hotel with the city center. Beds are OK. The room size is fine, there is a mini-bar in a room that was helpful at night because tap water was not good for drinking.
Disliked: They ignored our request to provide a quiet room (they could reserve one for us because the hotel is big). We arrived very late totally exhausted, and did not realize the noise immediately. The windows faced tram ways and noisy street, sound-proof windows reduced the noise but not enough for a quiet night. So I slept pretty badly that affected my next busy day. Another surprise it was always stuffy in a room, while opened windows bring noise but do not help much at no-wind weather. The hotel is located uphill from the train station, not easy by foot, but tram helps. A small recommendation to fix the elevator because the doors close way too fast. Overall mixed impression, and it could be better if they pay more attention to the customer requests.

Liked: Lovely rooms, great buffet and a bath! Quiet and safe and easy to walk to main parts of town.

Disliked: You can't make a normal noise bc it's heard at the other room.

Liked: Very good location close to main station and city center. Tram stop very close by.
Disliked: I was missing bacon at the breakfast buffet but there were plenty other options.
