Ariston & Ariston Patio Hotel

Probably will never return to...

Liked: Location is definitely good. Easy to get to both bus and train stations. Television tower is also nearby. Many shops and places to eat just around the corner. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The receptionists could be much better. They refused to start check in at 13:45 - saying it should be done at 14 and never earlier, but we didn’t even ask to get to rooms - just fill in forms. Then other people came and she started to check them in before us. There was NO ventilation or air conditioning at all. Very stiff air, especially in bathroom. The kettle didn’t work because it was plugged in the broken socket. WHY would one use the broken one?? Very noisy - tram lines in front of the hotel means active traffic, LOUD one. You need earplugs for sure to have decent sleep.

Nice stay in Prague with...

Liked: The breakfast was great, huge breakfast room actually a conversion from a small scale theatre. Tasty everything. It was a 15 min slow walking distance to main train station. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby and a tram stop. Room is generally comfortable. After check out, we were able to leave our suitcase for the rest of the day
Disliked: It was s little inconvenient crossing the street in the morning to go for breakfast but the facility was located on both sides of the road. Not much can be done about it. Not a huge thing but after first morning, when we had our first coffee at the room, next day I noticed the coffee was not renewed. I dont know if it was only one time allowance or simply forgotten but there is that.

Charming Classic Hotel with Easy...

Liked: We stayed one night at Hotel Ariston Prague and really enjoyed it. The room was very spacious and had a nice classic feel to it, which added a bit of charm to our stay. The bathroom was also in a classic style and had a bathtub, which was a nice touch.The staff were very kind and welcoming, which made check-in and our short stay smooth and pleasant. The location is also great—just a quick 10-minute tram ride to the city center from Viktoria Žižkov stop, which is very close to the hotel.Overall, it’s a comfortable place with a classic vibe, and a solid option for a short stay in Prague.

A Real Hotel Experience

Liked: The staff, breakfast, room and the building was amazing. That theater hall for breakfast was very very nice
Disliked: Parking spot was not available at the hotel because of the busy weekend.But they recommended us a good option in the vicinity so I was satisfied.

Liked: The location was near to the center. It was safe with plenty restaurants.The hotel is near to the tram station and it was very easy to go to the center. It was very clean and hot. The breakfast had a big variety of food and it was delicious. The personnel was very polite and helpful. If you ask parking, there is parking space under payment. It is highly recommended.
