Liked: Everything! The fact that it is central to everything. The room is clean, kettle, and some teas are a plus. Breakfast, yes!
Disliked: I know this is beyond the hotel's control, but maybe the road/ street around the area could be modified. The cobbled stone road is very hard for the luggage to drag on

Liked: Fantastic location right in the heart of Brussels close to all transportation links and nightlife. Very nice room with nice bed. Good breakfast. Helpful friendly staff. No issue at all leaving bags in a safe place for the day of checkout.

Disliked: I didn’t like to go trough the restaurant to get into the hotel. And because of that we were not able to sit down in the reception for a talk. The restaurant was always busy and difficult to get a place to sit down and then you had to buy from the restaurant.
