The stay was ok, but...

Liked: The room was good. Location fairly central to everything.
Disliked: You charged me for mini bar I didn't use because some of the drinks moved but were replaced. When we told you about it you didnt rectify and check straight away, but waited until we left before denying a refund.

Good

Liked: Check out process should be improved.
Disliked: I spent several minutes to understand the check out process even asking the hotel support.

Classic Vegas stay with a...

Liked: Typical huge Vegas resort. Room was clean though outdated and not has fun as the Cosmo or the Wynn.
Disliked: My room wasn’t ready when I checked in at 1pm whereas everyone else’s rooms were ready at that time. They found me a room fairly quickly but it seemed like maybe the booking.com booked rooms didn’t get matched ahead of time properly. Also I paid over $500 for one night in a king room. Was it worth it? Probably not.

Liked: Location wise I don't think you can beat this Hotel. The casino is very good with lots of good bars.
Disliked: This is my 3rd or 4th stay at the ARIA but was my worst so far. Found a packet of opened salmon in our fridge which I can only assume was left by previous guest. Room failed to get cleaned and when I phoned to speak to staff was simply told yea sorry about that we had a lot of checkouts......not sure what that has to do with me. Fridge was not restocked once in our 6 day stay. I am due to come back here in July with 4 other guests but I am now considering cancelling and booking a different Hotel.
