Nice but too expensive

Liked: Location was brilliant. Easy to find and staff friendly
Disliked: It was very expensive for the room provided. I would have expected more for the money. Areas could have been cleaner and the rooms around were noisey

Functional but felt like a...

Liked: Location is good, bedding good
Disliked: Staff were offhand, not welcoming. Room was very small up a steep staircase. Tiny shower room which smelt of mould and was mouldy around the corners in the shower. Chrome shelves were rusty

It did a job

Liked: Walk distance to the underground station
Disliked: The space in the bathroom. The toilet and sink are far too close together if your over 6ft tall

Recommend this cute little place...

Liked: LOVED the staff. One of the guys showed us cat videos and let us choose between rooms. Breakfast was good. The building was nice, beds comfortable, and bathroom clean with good water pressure. Across the road was a restaurant or two, gelato, and a pharmacy. The botanical garden was right by.

Over priced and disappointing.

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Value for money is terrible. Breakfast should be included with the prices they charge, and the place is in serious need of improvements and renovations.

Apart from the bins and...

Liked: Location handy for the Botanical Gardens and the restaurants and cafes in the West End. Friendly staff. Good breakfast but spoiled by commercial radio station blaring away.
Disliked: Ground floor room with window onto the bins at the back. Hard bed, but managed to sleep soundly as it was quiet.
