Very good

Awful hotel - don't stay...

Liked: I enjoyed nothing about this hotel other than the location and the front entrance of the hotel. At least the facade looked nice.
Disliked: Such a waste to use this beautiful building for this bad accommodation. Looked charming on the photos, but was not up to expectations. The furniture is the cheapest they could get, 20 years ago. The bed was dreadful, woke up more tired than the night before. The staff at the desk were not unfriendly, but exceptionally uninterested and not very welcoming. I would strongly advise to look for accommodation elsewhere, do not waste your money - or more importantly - your time here.

Good

Liked: Location was good. A few blocks from the metro station. Only stayed 1 night so sufficient for our needs. Kept our bags while we wandered around until our room was ready.
Disliked: Room was sufficient for the price. We stayed in the room next to the dining room. Window faced a wall, so we kept the curtain closed. Room felt dark. There was a plug-in portable heater we used for heat in the room. Overall for one night it was fine for what we paid.

Liked: Proximity to West End.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The room I stayed in had what looked like previous damp/ mould affected walls and had not been fully been decorated
Disliked: There were loads of noises coming from the corridor area which due to the bad location of the room.The tv did not work at all. No signal on each channel.

Nice Hotel

Liked: Breakfast room and breakfast were lovely with plenty of choices.
Disliked: These are very minor things which didn't spoil my stay. I was on the top floor and I struggle with stairs and there was no lift. The TV in the room didn't work which didn't matter to me.
