Poor

Disliked: When I went downstairs to get breakfast the place was deserted, I even looked in the kitchen. There was no-one there. I had to leave without breakfast. Disgraceful!

Pet friendly, welcoming, clean and...

Liked: The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, cosy and comfortable. It’s pet friendly which was important for me as I was able to bring my dog. It’s in a good location. There was a bar which was warm and welcoming.
Disliked: It’s currently in the middle of some renovations so perhaps not the best time to stay. There was no restaurant for dinner or breakfast because of staff illness which was unfortunate. Price around average for Ullapool but a bit pricey for the current standard of facilities.

Liked: Nothing could not stay as it was under new management and being refurbished so the room we booked was unavailable still waiting on refund
Disliked: Don't know as we did not stay at the property due to refurbishment

Liked: The guy who was working when we checked in was amazing he made us feel right at home, the real fire in the bar was lovely and we enjoyed the live music, our wee dog was made to feel at home too. Although the kitchen was closed you could go across the road to the sister hotel which had lovely food and was again dog 🐶 friendly. Would stay here again 😁

Totally misrepresented on website......

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Totally misrepresented on your website photos. Though the staff were pleasant enough the hotel is run down, shabby and botched. The grounds are like a flytip site.
Disliked: Wiring, paintwork...or lack of it...curtains falling down..... tv not working ....car park and grounds a mess....got out as soon as we could.
