Had a lovely stay here. A beautiful, quaint hotel with really friendly cleaning ladies. Reception was amazing, especially Sherry - thank you for helping me so much.

Liked: This hotel is beautiful. The nicest, kindest staff I've ever come across - they went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Such kind, lovely people.
Disliked: Nothing was bad.

Only stayed one night so unfortunately didn't sample the food. The hotel was immaculate, the room and ensuite were beautiful. Hotel in a very quiet part of the city. The young man on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend! Will definitely return.

Liked: Spotlessley clean, very friendly staff.
Disliked: Can't think of anything!

Disliked: At £20 per person for breakfast I was expecting it to be very good, it wasn’t very good. It was expensive and average.

Superb

Liked: An excellent location for a university visit. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff at breakfast were incredibly kind, friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay again but probably not in one of the rooms on the top floor as it was a little too warm on a day we had a heatwave.

Okay for business trip, not...

Liked: good location and nice breakfast, friendly staff
Disliked: good location although rather noisy at night from pub next door, although it was unusually hot for the time of year and had windows open. Room a little pokey and tired although bathroom was spotless.
