Value for money and very...

Liked: The staff was nice enough to upgrade our room from a double queen to a queen and separate single bed. The room was large with more than enough room for 3 people. The facilities were great with a sofa, dining table provided if anyone wanted to have any meals in the room.
Disliked: The view from the room wasn't great as it was on the ground floor and facing into the parking area.

Welcoming, comfortable, clean - couldn’t...

Liked: Spacious, clean and comfortable. Great toiletries provided. Comfortable bed and pillows. Gabby was super helpful and turned the room heater on for us so our the room was warm due when we arrived in the evening.
Disliked: Nithinfy

Liked: we were upgraded to a bigger room which had a comfy lounge so for a 2 night stay was good to relax
