Liked: Its strong point is undoubtedly its location, halfway between the two metro stops Luize and Namur, which makes it easily accessible and allows quick connections to all parts of the city.The breakfast selection was extensive and of good quality.Friendly and welcoming staff.Good wi-fi connecrion.Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The internal logistics are bizarre. The reception is on floor 0, but to get to the rooms on the first floor, you have to go down to -1 to take the lift or the stairs (in practice every time you need to reach the room you have to go down to -1 and up to +1). It wasn't a big problem for us, but it's worth mentioning: not suitable for people with walking difficulties.Erratic lift (the plate indicated a capacity of three people, but a slip of paper warned to use it one at a time. Problems with the internal doors which opened and closed jerkily.On the second day, we reported to reception that the sink drain was not working properly, no repairs were made either that day or the next; even if it matters less, the television was also not working properly (we didn't report).No fridge in the room.

Liked: The hotel is situated approximately 20 minutes from the train station on foot. It's an uphill climb, but nothing too strenuous. The location is excellent, being close to shops, bars, cafés and restaurants, with the nearest metro stop literally around the corner. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and I experienced no issues during my 3 night stay. The staff at reception were extremely polite and helpful and made my stay a pleasant one.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.

Choose Argus for a cozy...

Liked: Centrally located literally 2 mins walking from The Hotel, Brussels. I did not have breakfast there but cakes, chocopies etc., differeent types of coffee and lemonated water are available 24 hours for free. My single room was small but good, toilet was clean, with good housekeeping. Overall, I liked the place.
Disliked: Nothing specific.
