Disliked: I was told by booking.com that there would be a $14 fee at check out in hotel, when I arrive at the hotel, it was not $14, it was $50 & it caused a lot of issues.

Liked: The front desk staff who checked us in was friendly & knowledgeable
Disliked: The staff that checked us out wasn't friendly and she lied I asked for a receipt and she said the system was down she would email it to me but I never received it & I confirmed my email address....Also the sheets wasn't changed from the previous guest because they had hair on the sheet when I pulled the cover back...I travel with disposable sheets so I put them on...the room had a smell & housekeeping gave us some air freshener which helped. They had old French fries on the floor under one of the chairs in the room..Thank GOD I travel with cleaning wipes I wiped down everything...Overall housekeeping sucks...

Liked: We were fine with the room and stay. However it is in need of maintenace. Curtain rods were broken. Toilet paper holder was. Broken. Room 115. Our room had just been cleaned but no new toilet paper, one hand towel was not clean as if it had been forgotten....only one coffee pack...just little things..it was never like this through the years. We got a good rate booking in summer for this stay. But would never pay full price without upkeep

Liked: Beautiful place once we arrived.
Disliked: The front desk staff were horrible. Especially the first lady that was checking us in. Not sure if she was new or just didn't know how to deal with customers. If she had been my only reason for liking your hotel I would never return. A smile never hurts anyone but I do feel if she had smiled her face would have cracked. To be honest I question in my mind if she was using drugs. She just was so spaced out the whole check in process. I have to add also that our GPS sent us coming in behind the building. Man we were really questioning where in the world we were staying. When we saw all the bars on each home and even churches that we passed by, we were NOT sure how safe we would be staying here. Thankful to say that all changed once we arrived.
