Liked: Made to feel very welcome at check in and staff went out of their way to make it a great stay. Modern facilities, close to good walks and next to hospital
Disliked: Auto emails are outdated and inconsistent with consumer Guarantees Act and contract law

Awesome well appointed Motor Lodge...

Liked: Lovely property with great hosts. We had to stay in Hamilton after one of us had surgery. We were upgraded to a really lovely clean room with a super comfortable bed, couch and a good sized bathroom with an awesome shower. The room had everything we needed and it was no problem to request additional pillows and they even gave us a loan of a phone adaptor. Thank you so much for your wonderful generosity and kind service we highly recommend this Motor Lodge.
