Liked: Friendly receptionist
Disliked: The smell of cleaning product. Beds not very comfortable. Room needed some paint touch upstairs and road noise.

Nice location, good price but...

Liked: Great location, close to railway station & buses. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Hot water system in the shower was the worst I have ever come across. Could not control the temperature properly & there was no water pressure. Very small. Only a microwave in the kitchen (no oven).

Liked: They gave a free transport to railway station and it was near to the station.
Disliked: The rubbish truck collecting at 3am woke us. Bit short on some dishes and glasses. Some cups needed a good scrub. Bed a bit hard.

Disliked: Hotel could use an update.

Great location, comfy bed

Liked: The beds were super comfy! Rooms reasonably sound proofed from street noise.Perfect location for events at Wolfbrooke Arena.
Disliked: The drainage in the shower was a bit rubbish, so only one of us could shower. However, we did let the people know and they were responsive to the feedback!

After initially feeling bewildered the...

Liked: I felt safe
Disliked: Several issues: unit phone didn’t work, light behind bed didn’t work, entrance up stairwell was littered with tree leaves which didn’t make for a good look.No one in office on arrival….rang & rang then even used cell to ring their phone, no answer.
