Liked: Couldn’t say as we turned up and they were closed !!!I emailed them to say we were arriving late which they acknowledged and said it would be a problem. However when we arrived late at night, in the rain after a long flight they were closed with no instructions and weren’t answering their phone!! Really disappointed!!

Friendly staff, great location to...

Liked: Had a late arrival and the room was warm and very comfortable when we arrived. Only spent one night before catching the train to Greymouth, we were given a free transfer to the train station in the morning which saved us a walk and was greatly appreciated. Would be happy to stay again.
