Huge rooms with wasted space. I had a king room, one chair, a small cabinet. And what looked like someone took away a piece or two of furniture. A huge empty space under a lonely mirror. Weird.
Liked: Location to SAP. Cleanliness and staff overall friendly and accommodating except one individual.
Disliked: The housekeeper - when I asked for one extra towel she gave me third degree cross questioning before she handed me an extra bath towel. And the rooms are huge but not decorated to make them feel inviting.

Disliked: The jacuzzi was dirty and the heater in the room didn't work - it only blew cold air. Feel like they should comp me.

Thought it was a nice room. Our room had hardwood floors but our friends had some outdated carpet. Jacuzzi is a little weird - it's more like a bathtub with jets. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was very clean and cute. Was the right proximity to the concert we were attending and the staff was very informative and helpful. Would come back if ever in the area.
Liked: Nice and clean and cute.
Disliked: Jacuzzi tub a little high
