Liked: Rooms where lovely.very nice bathroom and shower
Disliked: The room was really hot. Fan was however provided. There was no lift for luggage. There was no reception just a bar area. Check in was late at 2pm and check out was very early at 10:30am.

Good spot

Liked: Easy walk into City centre, comfy modern rooms and a good price.
Disliked: A little noisy from outside although it was hot weather and we had to have the windows open, should be ok with them shut.

A lovely hotel, very central...

Liked: The hotel is very central. Our room was spotlessly clean. It was quite small but it had everything we needed. Kettle, tea and coffee, even some biscuits! There was a tv and a fan which was wonderful as it was so hot when we stayed. The en-suite had all we needed, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner, even ear plugs! Great range of food and drinks in the bar and lovely breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: I had arranged for a late check out which was agreed by email at a cost of £10, when we arrived, we were told the cost was now £15. A little disappointing as usually when you agree something in writing that is the arranged price but this is a very minor thing as everything else was great.

Liked: Room was clean and nicely furnished. Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Noice from fan outside right next to window. We got earplugs to be able to sleep and then it was fine.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, the location was very central and well positioned and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.Oh, and the pillows were amazing, so comfortable!
Disliked: The size of the room was outrageously small and didn't match what I've seen in the pictures .Also the room wasn't that well positioned, all the smell from the kitchen but coming straight into the room.
