Superb

Little gem of a hotel,...

Liked: We love this hotel and use it every time we travel for concerts. Great location and close to parking, We had 2 rooms booked both were very clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. Everything you needed was in the room and if it wasn't all you had to do was ask. Staff are really lovely and accommodating nothing was too much. Good choice of breakfast items included too which we all enjoyed.
Disliked: Although we have no complaints I will say there is slight road noise but as you are on the corner of a main junction it's to be expected if you are sensitive to noise you may want to take ear plugs.

Disliked: Not very silent place, noise from other rooms and outside. But there was earplugs.

Spacious and clean room beside...

Liked: Spacious and clean room, central location, comfortable bed, good shower.
Disliked: Very strong lighting with no subtle options such as a bedside lamp.Uncomfortable pillows.The spacious room could do with additional furniture, such as a desk and chair.The hotel is located beside a busy road crossing which gets very noisy early in the morning.Breakfast : the menu does not reflect the lack of availability of the offerings (they didn't have the avocado on toast on the 2 mornings I stayed), and the water offered for the instant coffee was luke warm instead of hot, turning the coffee cold when mixed with milk.

Liked: Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Location great.
Disliked: Nothing

Weekday break

Liked: The place was lovely and clean and the staff were helpful and really pleasant .The location was really good for the shops etc ....all within walking distance and just an easy ten minute walk to Victoria station .
Disliked: My only complaint has to be the soundproofing isn't the best and the doors banging in the corridors woke us several times .They are extremely loud .That's the only fault I can find
