Disliked: Not safe! Lots of very weird strange illegal men staying here from Africa and Eastern European here. This place is getting worse and worse plus I didn’t get the room at the check in time and no refund

Disliked: No air conditioning (I believe all Germany hotels have the same issue)., No minibar to keep drinks and food cold.

Would never go back to...

Disliked: Poor information prior to arrival, check in was a nightmare, no staff on site to help as the check in was a computer which was broken on our arrival, parking on site was for very narrow vehicles which didn’t exceed 1.7 m in height,damaged my vehicle trying to get near a garage that my van wouldn’t fit.the only member of staff we found didn’t want to help.
