Comfortable, clean, good location, needs...

Liked: The property was clean and comfortable, close to activities and the CBD
Disliked: The bathroom was extremely damp, after a shower the whole room remained wet, the walls the floors, the basin and all surfaces stayed wet. The room was damp enough to ruin the toilet paper on the holder. The moisture was terrible

Short stay for Footy

Liked: Great short walk to the Footy, lovely staff, easy check in/out, there's a small hill on walk back, I'm unfit and did it okay

Disliked: Left something in my room tried 6 times to call to get back in my room and no one answered or returned my phone calls so I couldn’t get in my room

Liked: Room was beautiful, after coming from Melbourne this was a very pleasant welcome home, my partner and I were surprised by just how nice it was. Room and bathroom were very big and spacious and the bed was so comfortable compared to most hotels. We didn’t meet any staff because we arrived late at night but they made sure to give us lots of direction and information on how to access our key and they had the lamps on and heater on in our room which was lovely. Dare I say it this room was much nicer than where we stayed in Melbourne and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I would be delighted to stay here again. The staff also didn’t hesitate to let us have a later checkout free of charge
