Liked: Had read some bad reports about the hotel. This was not our experience. Excellent stay with our dog
Disliked: The bar and restaurant seemed to be understaffed with the staff there covering too much at one time but doing their best.

Liked: Dog friendly. Plenty of space to walk the dog. Dogs welcome in drawing room where you can also have meals and drinks

Liked: Gardens. Malaysian staff very good/ attentive/ polite
Disliked: With visually impaired wife room was a mile away from lift/ reception. No rooms on ground floor. Quality of breakfast food not good. Residents lounge occupied on 2 days by private function. Large wedding outside our room, noisy with fireworks

Disliked: The walls could do with a wipe down as there were splash marks on some walls.
